01 / The role of the work
The workshop is the beginning.
The day connects learning with building. We choose the AI themes on a preparation call, and I prepare reusable skills around your material.
The first three hours are the workshop. The next three are an implementation sprint in which we build the first tools together.
The day ends with things running and a plan for the pilot user who will carry the work into the following month.
