When the
room cannot agree,
build it instead.
LEGO® Serious Play® is not a game. It is a rigorous, facilitated communication and problem-solving process that uses physical 3D models to externalize complex business challenges and unlock the 60% of knowledge usually left in the room.
The hand,mind connection.
Most meetings are dominated by the loudest 20% of voices. LSP levels the playing field. By building metaphorical models of challenges, I move from "lean-back meetings" to "lean-in workshops." Different parts of the brain activate. Connections previously hidden in abstract jargon become visible, and arguable.
Build
Each participant constructs a tangible 3D model that answers a sharply scoped question. There is no "right" build, only honest builds.
Tell
Each builder narrates their model to the group. The model carries the meaning, the speaker becomes the translator of a thing already made.
Connect
Individual models are merged into a shared landscape that anchors group decisions. The decisions stick because everyone built the language for them.
Where it works best.
Three formats. Pick the one that matches the problem.
Trained by Trivium. Denmark.
The methodology is only as good as the facilitator. I was trained by the global leaders in the LSP method, to ensure every session follows the core scientific principles of constructionism. I don't "play with bricks." I build knowledge.

Send a message →Q01 What is LEGO® Serious Play® and why does it work?
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated meeting and problem-solving methodology that uses physical 3D models to externalize complex business challenges. It was developed by the LEGO Group together with researchers from IMD and MIT in the late 1990s.
It works because building with your hands activates different cognitive pathways than talking. The result is that the quietest 80 percent of voices in a room get heard, and abstract strategic concepts become tangible enough to argue about productively.
Q02 How are workshops priced?
Pricing depends on format (half-day, full-day, two-day intensive), participant count, and whether you need on-site delivery or remote. After a short discovery call I send a fixed quote in writing within two business days.
There is no published rate card, every workshop is scoped to your specific outcome, group size, and venue.
Q03 Can workshops be delivered remotely?
LEGO® Serious Play® is most effective in-person because the physical building is the method. Remote delivery is possible using mailed kits and high-quality video, but I recommend in-person whenever the budget supports it.
AI for Marketing, GTM Strategy Sprints, and LinkedIn Strategy workshops all run effectively remote.
Q04 How many people can participate?
LEGO® Serious Play®: 6 to 16 participants is the sweet spot. Above 16, the workshop splits into parallel tracks with co-facilitation.
AI and strategy workshops scale to 30 participants without a second facilitator.
Q05 What do I get after the workshop?
A written executive summary, a documented decision roadmap, and a 30-day follow-up session to ensure the decisions made in the room actually translate into action. Photo documentation of the LEGO models is included for LSP workshops.
