What is LEGO Serious Play?
LEGO Serious Play is a facilitated workshop method in which participants build models with LEGO bricks to explore a business question. Each person explains the meaning of their model. The group uses those perspectives to develop shared understanding and make decisions.
I facilitate sessions for leadership teams working on strategy, alignment, culture and AI adoption. Trained by Trivium in Denmark in 2019, I shape the session around your question and the people who need to answer it.

No. The session is facilitated, and the models are a way to express meaning. Building skill is not the point.
