01 / The role of the work

Know what to do next.

The audit connects your marketing activity, the way the team works and your AI position. The point is to make the next decisions easier.

You receive one written deliverable: a prioritised list of moves, with effort and impact estimates for each recommendation. Most retainer relationships start here.

If the audit surfaces no actionable insights worth changing how you operate, I refund the engagement in full. The guarantee is set out in the engagement letter.

02 / What it looks like

From evidence to a decision.

Explore the work, one part at a time.

01 / Understand

Start with the actual work.

Review the material already available and speak to the people running marketing and the people who depend on it.

02 / Examine

Look across the function.

Read the marketing activity, the team workflow and AI use together. Identify where the parts support each other and where they do not.

03 / Prioritise

Make the trade-offs visible.

Turn the findings into a sequence of changes, with an estimate of effort and impact for each recommendation.

04 / Hand over

Leave a roadmap you can use.

One written deliverable with a clear direction for the next decisions. Continue with your team, or discuss an embedded engagement.

03 / The right fit

A useful starting point when...

01

You need perspective.

You want a senior, independent read of your marketing and AI position before committing more resources.

02

Priorities compete.

There are plenty of possible projects. The team needs a clear order and a reason for the choices.

03

The function is changing.

You are considering new leadership, a strategic marketing function or a change in how the team works.

04 / Working together

A wider question needs a wider review.

The marketing function review is scoped separately from the audit.

01

Listen across the business

Interviews with marketing and the people who depend on it, including sales and product.

02

Read what already exists

Work with the plans, processes and material the company already has.

03

Present the direction

A management report and a twelve-month roadmap, presented to the leadership team.

The person behind the work

Work directly with Anže.

Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Senior marketing leadership, hands-on AI implementation and a direct working relationship.

Q01 What do we receive?

One written deliverable, the Better Roadmap, with prioritised recommendations and effort and impact estimates.

Q02 Is the marketing function review the same as the audit?

No. It is a wider, separately scoped review of how marketing works inside the business, ending in a management report and a twelve-month roadmap.

Q03 Do we have to book a retainer afterwards?

No. The roadmap is a standalone deliverable. A continuing engagement is a separate decision.
